In June 2018, the group So-Hô took over and implemented a new strategy benefiting from Balladins strong notoriety and their 30 years of experience. Their new strategy revolves around three key principles: modernity, simplicity and proximity. As stated by Fabrice Beyer, the group’s Marketing and Commercial Director, these values reflect their “franchisees image”.

“Being at our clients service” has been one of the group’s key value since the beginning. It is therefore only natural that Balladins selected Qualitelis to accompany the development of its guest management system and their online reputation management. Through Qualitelis’ range of solutions to be deployed in Summer 2019, Balladins aims in the long run to improve their hotels visibility on various platforms as well as the solidification, and improvement, of their reputation. Collecting opinions and obtaining constructive reviews will constitute an asset for the brand to reinforce its online presence and build a qualified database.
